Fatigue

There are many causes of fatigue. The most common may be:

  • Infections.
  • Increased physical, mental or emotional stress.
  • Digestive problems.
  • Adrenal exhaustion.
  • Insomnia and/or sleep apnoea.
  • Anorexia, bulimia.
  • Irregular meals or lack of food.
  • Food intolerance.
  • Drug withdrawals.
  • Thyroid Problems
